Professional AND Affordable Fitness Website
You don't have to be a genius to work out that it is essential to have an online presence when marketing your fitness business these days. But sometimes when you are starting out, dropping $1200 bucks on a flash website is completely out of the question.
I have come across a solution to this problem that not only provides you with an affordable website, but one that is custom designed to suit your business and oozes professionalism (and when I say that I means it becasue I can get very picky about websites). It has all the cool tricks included, like providing you with email opt-ins, social media tools, blogs unlimited pages and even a members only area.
It is a custom WordPress template called FitPro (my site is built using WordPress and I wouldn't use anything else) and starts at $97 for the basic and $297 for the premium package. It is a once only cost so with that small investment, you can have you own professional site up and running in a matter of hours (and you get to manage it yourself).
Happy days...

Converting Leads Using Email Marketing
Once you have your website up and firing one of the first things you should consider is how you are going to capture the information of visitors to your site who aren't ready to buy anything or contact you. Around 96% of all new website traffic never buy anything (or makes contact), so it is really important that you have a strategy in place to collect the details of these people who may not be ready to start right now but are definitely interested in your service.
Because they may never make it back to your site.....
This is where email marketing comes into it's own. If you have a opt-in form on your site where your visitor can add there details in exchange for some valuable information (preferably to assist their goals), you can then start to build a relationship with them over email.
I have personally tested a number of companies who offer this service (opt-in form design and email auto-responders) and by far the best I have found is A-Weber. Not only do they have extremely high delivery rates but they also have an epic video tutorial library that ensures you can safely navigate around this strange world of click-through-rates and opt-ins.
P.S: They also have a bunch of wicked newsletter templates so you can send your clients (and prospects) professional newsletters.

Getting Your Website Loads Of Search Traffic From Google
Alright so you've got your sick new website, you are kitted up with your opt-in and email marketing ready to go but all of this is pretty much useless if no-one can find your site. Search Engine Optimization (or SEO) simple means making consistent and measured changes on and off your site to ensure that you show up for your desired keywords - SO PEOPLE CAN FIND YOU :-)
Boring right?
Wait, it gets better. The funny thing about SEO is that if you can do it properly and if you can get your site onto the first page of Google for your specific keywords - your traffic will go nuts. More traffic = more leads. More leads = more clients.
I used to think I had my head around SEO enough to do it myself but I was so wrong. It is an entire world, a different language and it is forever changing. So recently I have recruited the help of a super-cool SEO company called True SEO and the results have been amazing (like a 30% traffic jump in the first 10 days).
Best of all it only costs me around $40 a month and they do EVERYTHING so this is one service that I definitely want to pass onto you because I know a) how confusing this world can be b) how many leads flow when you get great traffic and c)that you (like me) don't have time to mess around with this stuff because you are busy running your business.
If you want to get on this, there are only limited spots available every month so send me an email and I will get straight back to you with the details.
Providing A Better Service...
Online Meal Planning To Drill Your Clients Nutrition
As fitness professionals we are often confronted with an interesting dilemma. Our clients or members all generally want to get fit and lose weight and one major piece to that puzzle is correct nutrition.
As a trainer or group training instructor, you will have a qualification in prescribing the appropriate exercise to help someone achieve their goals but you ARE NOT qualified to give the same level of prescription with client nutrition. This issue often leads to a sub-standard nutrition service being offered and therefore having very little impact on your clients results.
Some businesses will out-source this service to a qualified dietician but while this is good - it is still driving potential income away from your business showing your service as being in-complete. Now you can offer a complete nutritional solution to all of your clients which will AND make additional income (now where talking).
Nutrition Complete is a online 7 day meal planning program that assesses the body-weight, exercise level and goals of each client and produces a unique 7 day meal plan specifically to meet their goals (lose, gain or maintain). This weekly meal plan is also accompanied with a complete shopping list and recipes for there are no more excuses from your clients to why their food sucks.
This program has been designed specifically for fitness professional to use with there clients so you can brand it with your own logo and add a log-in from your website. But best of all, because this program holds so much value for your clients it is very easy to charge them (say $5 per week) to use the service.

Awesome Session Plans For Your Boot Camp or Group Training
As a boot camp or group training instructor one of your biggest battles is overcoming the monotony of repeating the same exercise, the same combos and the same circuits. You know the feeling when you get stuck in a rut and you struggle to consistently create amazing sessions week after week.
Scott Williams is the king of boot camp in Australia and he has put together this basic boot camp program which does have alot of cool info about running your boot camp in it - but for me (and for my coaching clients) the most value is in the session plans.
In the package, Scott has included 8 WEEKS of boot camp complete session plans so if you EVER have one of those weeks where you are off your game or just feel like injecting a bit of variety this is a perfect place to start. On top of that, if you are a personal trainer looking to add a boot camp arm to your business this 8 week outline is an awesome starting point.
